Daniel was able to navigate around a communication system that continued to give inaccurate information re: parts ordered for our washer. He recognized the issue and got us the parts needed for repair. Daniel was very professional, going above and beyond what was needed to repair our machine, after a month of AI/chatbot system delays. It was a pleasure to have him work with us!

Good service ; however I requested an afternoon service since I work until 5pm . The notification of the technician's arrival time was between 8 and 9am. Luckily I was home.

William was back again. This time he changed the copper filter on the back of the refrigerator. I am hoping that this finally fixes our problems. He was very professional and methodical about solving the problem with the refrigerator. I hope this does it.
