The technician was terrific. We were glad he came but your phone services are impossible. We called several times and spoke to AI. Sometimes she said they were coming sometimes she said no appointment is scheduled. It is very difficult to find anything on website too.

Claudio came prepared with all tools and parts. He spent time to diagnose the problem which was contrary to the initial symptoms. In the end not new parts were needed only removal of a piece of plastic that jammed the lock mechanism of the microwave. He fixed the problem without trying to sell us unneeded parts. Great job.
