Eduardo arrived within time expected. He contacted me by phone to announce his arrival. He greeted me with a smile and I showed him the laundry room. He promptly started his evaluation and shortly after that let me know the problem. He then went to check if he had replacement parts, which he did. He started the repair and finished in a timely manner. He did an excellent job in my opinion.
