Darius , was very helpful in getting me my service call done today. Your automate system is the worse that I have ever encounter. The system doesn't allow for custom to speak to a person. Please get a better system in place. I can close today to cancel my contract with sears Home services.

The technician was extremely friendly, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He tried valiantly to get water heater to ignite, four times. He explained our options thoroughly. Very good experience. I recommend him highly.

Michael was an excellent technician. He arrived punctually kept in contact with us as he was traveling to let us know what time he would arrive. Did an excellent job on our stove was able to switch out the bad switch. Very personable and informative and knowledgeable.
