Refrigerator diagnostics
Ed did a thorough job diagnosing the refrigerator while explaining what he was doing. I had already melted the ice accumulation around the condenser and the fan which had caused the original Er Ed error. Ed checked out the refrigerator at the control panel and determined the only issue was the need for some additional refrigerant. At this point we only have to wait a few hours for ice.

Our technician, Martin, was able to help us over the phone although their service orders had a wrong address that I wasn't able to correct all day. I wasn't able to speak to a human until the service tech discovered the address wasn't correct. Excellent rating for Martin, the tech and very poor for communication thru the app.
