AI leaves much to be deesired cannot get past parameters with advising that parts were delivered June 19 th. Did not have to delay installation till June 26

This was one of the BEST repair experiences I've had. Robert was on time, professional and fixed the problem while providing some advice for prevention. I'd use them again and definitely comfortable recommending them. Five Stars !!!!!

James worked methodically to isolate cause for the reported leak, but found no trouble. He explained the 30 day warranty and how service call billing for same issue would be waived if leaking again. My only complaint is not about the technician but the AI assistant being the only option to talk to A&E. It made many mistakes and when needed a human point of contact should be made available. Change that and I'll consider signing up for appliance maintenance.

Robert arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. The cost was not cheap but excellence rarely is. I rate Robert five stars.
