Sears has awesome technicians!! However, customer service is absolutely horrible! Their AI technology is impossible to use and appointments are changed randomly with no explanation. I will not be using their services anymore.

The original repair did not work. The second repair ran out of time. Three was the charm. William worked quickly to cut out and replace the blocked tubing and double checking that line was free of any other obstruction. The refrigerator is now cooling down.
