Marc arrived within time frame given. Marc was very friendly and advised me of the the problem and gave me the price to fix the problem. The price was really a great price and I accepted it and Marc completed the work in a timely manner. I was really very happy with the job he did, the timely manner to complete the job and the price was really reasonable. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

I received multiple emails and texts reminding me my appointment was between 1pm and 5pm. When does the tech show? 11am! It totally messed up my day. If the times provided are not correct DON'T SEND 50 REMINDERS TELLING ME WHEN THEY WILL SHOW UP!!!
