Christoper was the other technician in the previous review…. The technicians did a wonderful job. They arrived earlier than anticipated.👍 They repaired the washing machine in an efficient manner. Left the laundry room neat and clean. They are both personable and professional and a credit to Sears repairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I scheduled my sears service through my home warranty, and they told me they'd waived their scheduling fee and to pay the representative at the door. This caused some confusion when Steven arrived, because he initially wanted me to pay the home warranty. Steven was very professional, and noticed that the exterior unit line was frozen anyways, so I should work with home warranty and clear things up while it thaws. Next time, I'll make sure to dial ip my home warranty once he's at the door so they can let him know that they're alright with him receiving the only payment for the visit. I am very appreciative for his time during this very warm and very busy season!

Unfortunately, Brandon could not repair the dryer because it required a part that is no longer available, but he did clearly describe the problem and gave me a complete explanation of the fault and the probable cause. He was also courteous and quick which allowed me to get to work without losing too much time.
