After getting my appointment time assigned to him late because of over booking or other person did not get here on time, he was here only 15 minutes pass the 7-5 time I was told. He worked to replace 2 parts for icemaker that arrived over 2 weeks ago and appointment kept changing. Something needs to be done to have appointments sooner. Archie did a good job.

Joseph did a great job. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He explained several options and very quickly and efficiently diagnosed my problems. Unfortunately, the parts weren't going to be in soon enough. So we ended up having to buy a new refrigerator. But I would be happy to have Joseph work on any of my appliances. In the future.
