Very pleased w/ Steve. He kept me informed of expected arrival time & completed service for both in a very timely manner w/ detailed explanation of his findings. While the news on the washer wasn't good, I wasn't surprised as they're both just short of 20 years old.

Perfect experience with Walton. Another subject: We need to speak to a human being on the telephone, not a robot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The AI robot did not get the message to Walton regarding another problem found on washing machine! There are things to talk about to a human being!
