Ken is a kind and conscientious technician. He called when he was on his way. He was considerate of my home, leaving everything where he found it and cleaning up the wrappings from the parts he installed. He told me what he was doing when he did it and how it would solve the problem. I think he's good at his work, but beyond that, I really appreciated the way he communicated with me.

Fast diagnosis of simply issue, only took 5 minutes. Unfortunately did not have the small part needed. Although not his fault, I sent all necessary information serial #, recap of issue prior to service date. John advised he never received it. If he had it I wouldn't have had to wait two more weeks to complete the repair! Very frustrating!
