He did a good job.. However, the service was to have been 2 days ago and that didn't happen. I think your system over schedules. So I waited around 7 hours and changed plans for a no show

John was such a great professional. Polite on time and literally went inside the dryer for the first time, this was the third try, and replaced the heating coil which I suspected was the problem from the beginning. John was prepared. Did a great job the dryer is now working and he left the house very orderly. It was a pleasure to be with John this morning and especially to have the dryer working thank you Lynn Voskan

We're so grateful to Lew for diagnosing the electrical problem with our downdraft range, ordering the needed replacement parts, and making the repairs. He communicated well about every step, worked efficiently and our range is back to normal. I appreciate Lew always making sure that he updates us on his arrival times and even working after normal hours to help finish. He is the best repairman we've ever had.

David and the Sears service experience could not be better. Online appt wuick, easy and fast availability. Almost too mant appt confirmation texts, but David arrived right on schedule and diagnosed the problem quickly. Hope I never again need appliance repair but if I do, I'll be back.

After many weeks Rafael finally came back. He was worth the wait but your customer service and being forced to be stuck with only AI is NOT good. I had to make at least 20 calls to get a real person only 5 times
