Aaron was great!! He fixed the washer quickly and was very nice! The overall service of Sears though is a different story. So unpleased and unsatisfied of how we were treated and how long it took.

Sears provided a great technician. He was very professional. He presented himself well with his purpose for the call. He introduced himself and the upfront cost for the service. He actually took the refrigerator apart to diagnosed the problem, and revealed what was wrong. He could not fix the problem, but explained it was due to the parts not being available anymore. I appreciated his honesty and kindness.
