Dan was very kind and conveyed trust, kindness and honesty. (I thought his name was Dennis!) This was his second trip and I believe he was very knowledgeable. Most of the other repairmen were rude, disrespectful and didn't know what they were doing. If I don't have to, I won't be calling you guys anymore. But Dennis is cool! 😎
