Dryer repair
Vonzell was extremely professional and did an excellent job of repairing the dryer. Your AI and chat bot system, however, are very inefficient, frustrating and unhelpful. It took a month to get someone here, with four different appointments cancelled at the last minute after my taking the entire day off from work each time. After experiencing 21 years of excellent service from Sears, after this experience I will never buy from Sears again nor purchase another protection agreement. Helaine Friedlander

L'T was on time, solved the problem (soFar) of leaking. He was very professional and very well mannered. He and Archie that is also one of your employees are true examples of good employees. And he didn't copy my signature like another one did. Anytime my refrigerator acts up again, please send either L'teran or Archie. Thank you.

Great experience. Called to alert me He was about 40 minutes away. Arrived on time. Very professional and fixed the problem (drain hose) in the back of my unit was clogged. Also fixed the ice-maker and leveled the unit. Excellent Work.

David did a great job determining the problem and correcting it once he had the part. The five appointment cancelations by The AI assistant prior to David's arrival were infuriating however. We have used these home repair contracts for decades, but I cannot see us signing up for another.

This is the 2nd time we have had Bernard as our service technician and he is great. Professional, knowledgeable & thorough. The techs are great from A&E. Sears lack of personal representatives & using AI ( Samantha) is horrible.

Travis is wonderful -- efficient, polite, on time, etc. I can't say enough good things about him. Your reservation and customer care system, on the other hand, is TERRIBLE!!! I don't want AI. I want to talk to a real person. And when a reservation is finally made, I want to make sure there's communication between Reservations and Technicians so that they actually show up. I'm about ready to cancel the whole thing.

Gerry came prepared to repair the dryer and went straight to work . He got the job done efficiently and well. He had the parts necessary for the job on the truck, installed them, tested it and saw that it worked , and had me sign it and left. Good job!! Well done!!
