Paul was great . He came early and fixed my washer. So I was very happy with the technician. However I was very unhappy that all previous appointments were ignored. That is not Paul's fault. He wondered why it had not been fixed before . He was the technician that diagnosed and had the parts ordered.

Peter was Greatttt but for all the time it took to get our dryer fixed the service was terrible. Sears need to fine a better way to satisfy thier customers. We are glad to have our dryer fixed but we're very dissatisfied with the service.
