First of all, your customer service SUCKS. I panicked when I was told by your AI that my appointment had passed and I had the choice of rescheduling. Sat here since 8 am waiting and then be told this???? Then God sent Jose. He was fabulous. Friendly, warm and knowledgeable. He immediately set to work and found out the problem of my leaking machine. He was very thorough in checking it out and told me what to do, told me what to watch for and cleaned up after his work. Fabulous tech. But your customer service still SUCKS.

Jacob was a great technician. My complaint was how long it took to get an appointment, which then required a follow up appointment after basic parts needed to be ordered. I would have expected the basic dryer parts to be with the technician on the first visit. Then I couldn't get a my follow up appointment moved up sooner based on the parts arriving in one day. Not sure I will use sears again for a service request.
