Tony was expert at getting directly to the problem. When he opened the bottom cover, he could smell the gas odor. The replacement part would cost $700+. The dryer is about 13 yrs old. I decided to replace the dryer and washer. Tony shut off the gas valve at the dryer. I was very pleased with the high quality of character and expertise representing Sears Home Service.
