The tech did a good job installing the part that was waiting here. The biggest problem with this outfit is you, as a CUSTOMER, are told to wait all day, 8am to 5pm for a tech. Come 5pm, no tech no call no nothing. And it happens over and over again. Our last occurrence was 3 separate days of waiting 9 hours. They couldn't even give us a call to say they weren't coming. Unacceptable. And they say they are a customer service organization. HA!
