Gary was exceptional. He certainly did a great job. Scheduling his return was frustrating. We had determined that he would come back on Monday, 7/14. Your scheduling people put me down for Tuesday, 7/15. You frequently change the date on me which causes me to reschedule my day. It's a domino effect.

Ray was everything you want in a tech. Really good at the actual job, straightforward in his explanations, and added compassion with a helping of humor. I am completely satisfied, and this is after he had to declare my dishwasher a complete loss. Since my experience with the company and original tech was absolutely unsatisfactory, having Ray was balm for the soul.

The AI repair agent experience was horrible. She was wrong about my service contract claiming I did not have one and would only set up the call for a payment on site. You need to have a live agent to resolve AI issues. On the other hand. The service technician was knowledgeable and provided outstanding service.
