Xer was here for washing machine diagnostic
Xer was very knowledgeable about our model and make washing machine. We felt complete trust in him to diagnosis why it was leaking at the door. After several tests, it was determined there was no leak anymore and our 20 year old washer was running perfect! We welcome Xer back to our home anytime we need a technician. The washing machine was delivered June 15th. It came with a damaged drain hose. The appointment took 2 weeks, July 11. The technician only did diagnostic and ordered the drain hose. The next appointment was July 17. The service scheduling needs improvement.
