The technician from Sears was quick to identify the problem and the estimated repair costs made me decide for the purchase of a new dryer. Missing information was the technician's name, company address, company contact information. I do not like to deal with a business I do not know.

Jonathan was great. I'd love to see him at my door every time. Your Artificial Intelligence scheduling support is completely Artificial with no Intelligence. I received a confirmation email that a tech would be arriving at 1:30 on the 16th. All afternoon Wed 7/16 - no tech. Called support at 4:30 and was only allowed to interact with the A.I., which informed me that my tech would be here, "tomorrow the 16th at 1:30." A scheduling computer that has no clue as to the current day/date/time is an issue.
