I received numerous text messages to confirm the appointment from Sears regarding annual maintenance on my refrigerator. Before arriving, I was notified by Sears and then my Saul on estimated arrival time. Once here, the checked over the refrigerator, especially the seals, then pulled the unit from the wall and checked and cleaned (vacuumed) the vent. Saul was very professional. He also answered questions about cold spots in the refrigerator.
