Washer and dryer diagnostic check up
Kevin was very thorough and informative. My only complaint is with the scheduling process. The quickest appointment I could get was three weeks out. If this had been a true service appointment, we would have been without the use of the machine for that long. This seems to be a recent problem as I do not recall having to wait that long before.
