He went over and beyond his duty, to help me sort out the order number confusion. I was on ph call with Sears's rep 4 times , total of about 4 hrs. And they were not able to fix the errors in order . Then he got it fixed and completed the service. Thank God for such helpful people in this world.

Brian is an excellent technician. He explains everything that was wrong with the dishwasher, ordered the part needed and set the next appointment for 1 week. However, the response to the ordered part was very bad. The part was sent to a USPS postal center in Wisconsin the next day and sat there for over a week, so we had to cancel the appointment & reschedule for a week later. It might still be there if I hadn't started calling in and questioning what the heck was going on. I had a very hard time to get ahold of anyone to help & when I finally talked to dispatch they said there was nothing they could do, but amazingly the part started moving the next day. Coincidence???
