Michael K is courteous, kind, friendly… He has worked LONG and HARD to try to fix my washer, since February. Wish the latest part he installed would have worked. Washer is still leaking.🥺 Third time installing the same (new each time) part. Washer still leaking!

We were very happy with the service we received from Francisco; he may be the reason we keep our service contract. He found the problem and fixed it. As opposed to a previous tech who just said parts needed replacing and then cancelled two follow up appointments. All employers can only hope to have employees like Francisco
