Excellent Service and Advice!
Very professional and thorough in diagnosing the issues with our Kenmore Range. Unfortunately, because our model was so old (2007), certain parts were unavailable to replace. He recommended a couple of brands to purchase. Great help!!

Repairmen were friendly efficient. But no one showed up for the first two appointments But that's the companies fault. When they did show up they had to order the part. Installing the part was a breeze and didn't take long. ThIs whole process took 4 days. I don't know how you stay in business .This is not the same Sears. Very disappointing.

Ethan was very thorough about trying to get the gasket to fit properly. He was very courteous and friendly . Hopefully he has gotten the problem corrected as this is an ongoing repair under our old contract.

Fast, on time, and had the part with them. The last company they used for Brenham, TX took a week or 2 before coming out and then had to get the part before coming back 2 weeks later.
