Prior to the visit automation inquired about my issue which hopefully led to the parts being on the truck. The associate arrived in the service window and even being toward the end of a very HOT July day he was friendly and got right to business. He asked about the issue and went to work on what he suspected was the issue. He educated me on ways I should be using the oven for baking that best provide even heating in the oven. It was new knowledge to me and I really appreciated it. As he worked he also gave me insight on appliances in general. I always appreciate the vast knowledge Sears repairman have! The oven was back in business and I was happy! He also was very tolerant of my dogs!!

David did a great job on visit 1 quickly diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher and ordering the parts. He scheduled the follow-up visit at the time of the first visit for the following week to allow time for part delivery. David did an excellent job on visit 2 installing the new part and running the dishwasher through the full cycle to ensure that the problem was fixed. David was professional and called both times to let us know that he was on his way. Overall, very happy with the experience and would recommend David. Thank you

After over 2 months, they finally showed up. And when this man shows up he does his job. While waiting over 2 months for them to come.. and this ticket they pushed back 2 weeks alone, with rescheduling, the work was done quickly easily and precisely. Not truly sure whose fault but was for them not coming out. But at the end of today (first call was 5/28- and today is 7/29) the job was done well. Just wish it was done 2 months ago
