I had a great experience from booking my service to walking the tech to the door after diagnosis. Chris was on time, actually a few minutes early, he was very nice, polite and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about my unit and repair options.

Julio was very through and provided specific information on what needed repair and why. He is very careful when working in tight space and cleaned up when done. Although we declined repair we would not hesitate to have had him do the repair, but the cost exceeded what a new washer cost.

Barry contacted me by voice about 45 minutes prior to his arrival — thank goodness someone is still communicating with intelligence, which is something I cannot say for the initial appointment-making stage managed by Sears Home Services, which is now entirely driven by artificial intelligence and literally makes it impossible to communicate with a human being, despite the fact that the A.I. workflow is riddled with problems—which are also impossible to report or give feedback on! So setting up the appt was extremely frustrating. But that wasn't Barry's doing. Once the appointment was made, Barry arrived on time, and was able to diagnose the problem with my appliance quickly, answered anll of my questions thoroughly and competently, and gave me a quotation for its repair.
