Keric arrived on time and got right to work, assessing whether my machine had a worn out valve. I would have believed him if he had told me that a costly replacement was necessary, but when he discovered the valve was working well, he told me right away. No attempt to upsell! I settled my bill for the assessment and he was on his way. I appreciate that he didn't try to make this an unnecessarily expensive situation.
