Repaired dryer
John called before coming and was on time when he said he would be here to repair my dryer. Other than the repairman, I found setting up appt after I got parts was frustrating. I told person I received the parts with a couple calls but would get an email changing date of service. They did not convey that I had the parts. My dryer could have been repaired weeks ago.

We've bought Sears appliances & warranties a long time. We waited a month with each week a date then cancelled half way through the day of the appointment just for someone to come look at the washer just to see what's wrong.

An appointment was scheduled for 7.22.25 with the arrival window of 8AM to 5PM. No calls, no text. I finally, at 2 PM, went to the email off the day and found in small print that I needed to reschedule because the technician wasn't available. This was VERY FRUSTRATING because we had company coming the next day and the rescheduled appointment was the day after their arrival. I called and the reschedule was made. I expressed my upset that I had not received a call or a text. Very disappointed with the service. On 7/24/25 when Joel came, he didn't text ahead of time, but he did a good job of diagnosing the issues and found there wasn't a need for a repair. The symptoms I had experienced were due to my opening the freezer too many times, as I was making healthy home made ice cream and he said that could be the cause the "snow" in the freezer. Thank you to Joel for great service!
