Jose was great. So nice to have a SEARS technician show up at my door. The light was out in the freezer. I started calling for repair in January. The 3rd party repair company came out 5 times. I started calling the number for them but I've been totally ghosted….no calls at all. Jose walked in for the 1st time today and went right to a different area of the freezer which was the cause of the light outage…in and out of our home within 1/2 hour. PLEASE…PLEASE…..quit sending these incompetent people out to your customers. They are a waste of time for your customers. ALSO….i find it very insulting that Sears customers are unable to speak to a customer service person when trying to set up appts or just customer questions. I made an appt this week for Wednesday and mid afternoon the call got cancelled….i had to start over again with your robot customer service.
