Very satisfied customer
Very nice person, helpful and very patient, his knowledge on the diagnostic to my fridge made sense, and he told us all to he possibilities the were making our fridge malfunctioning. He was very kind to help me remove some items from the fridge to be able to see the problem. Very knowledgeable person. I am a very satisfied customer.

After waiting 5 months to get service to fix our refrigerator, Jason was our technician. He was very thorough, asking questions so he could determine what needed to be done. He worked to ensure the refrigerator was fixed and fully functioning before he left. He was very professional and we were grateful for his service.

Adam was great! Very informative and knowledgeable. But your pricing is ridiculous! I wanted to keep my original dishwasher but to fix it I could buy 2 new dishwashers for that price! So my 5 stars is for Adam only! Not your company.

Muhammad did a fine job...he explained what may be the problem that produces the clicking noises from the back of the refrigerator...he replaced a fan and asked us too call Sears after 48 hours to report if the clicking has returned or stopped.
