I am not happy that it took Sears services over 1 month to get my dryer fixed. I made an appointment for July 7th in the month of June when my dryer door wasn't working. The company didn't send a technician and cancle my appointment without my knowledge, After several calls the representative apologized and gave me an appointment for August 4th. I final had my dryer repaired today August 13th. This need to be better for appliances that is needed on a daily basis. I just want to Thank Justin for repairing my dryer.
