Brandon was very courteous and professional and did the best he could. Unfortunately the part that was sent to me still did not function properly. Therefore it appears that the only option is total replacement of the product.

Called 4:30 pm Wed for refrigerator repair. They showed up at 10 the next morning as promised. Fix was done in half an hour. Very reasonable price, and great service person. 5 star, all around!

Elisha was great! He was on time and was early in the day so I didn't wait around all day for the appointment. He ordered a part and scheduled a follow-up installation appointment on the spot, already had parts for my dryer which he managed the installation very quickly. I had all the follow-up documents before he left for his next job. I hope I get him back for future appointments--he is every bit a 5 Star technician.!
