When the ice dispenser on my refrigerator stopped working, I called Sears Home Services. It was easy to set up an appointment and within 4 days a technician came to my home and diagnosed the problem. The part was shipped to my home and within two days a technician came and fixed the issue quickly. Both technicians that came to my home were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Andrey tackles a problem head on, and doesn't cut corners!! This is the second time Andrey fixed an appliance for me. He previously fixed my washing machine. Not all repair personnel are as consencious and competent as Andrey.
