I truly wish you would have a HUMAN assistant to speak with when one has questions about delays or technicians not showing up. I feel that people purchasing your plans have a right to speak to a Human being , rather than a AI bot!! I also feel that things would be much more expedited if there were more technicians working for the company. Is SEARS so poor that they cannot pay for one or two more technicians? Michael is a seasoned pro who quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He answered all my questions with expertise and clarity. I did have to wait for parts to be delivered (not Michael's fault) and schedule another date for the repair. Again Michael arrived with a smile and professionalism. He did the fix, my dryer works, and he cleaned up everything before he left. Give this man a raise!!

Getting an appointment is not easy. Always a wait. Eduardo was excellent. This was third problem with water line on refrigerator. Leaks in three different places. Eduardo found problem, ordered part late in day. Set up appointment for next day. Called next morning with part and came and fixed problem. Would like to be able to talk to a person and request same technician every time. Although every technician has been very good. It's just nice to know your repair person.
