Casey was the perfect service person to repair our washing machine after the first appointment. After being cancelled out of my first appointment without advance notification. I realized sears must of cancelled our appointment when I was given an appointment from 8am to 5 pm and nobody showed up, called, emailed, or text, shame to Sears. Lots of thanks to Casey, knowledgeable and polite.

However, Sear Hub Warranty is the worst I have ever come across. I have boasted Sears Home Warranty as being one of the Greatest to the Worse I have encountered. I will not renew my Warranty again. Not when appointments keep cancelling, and people in warranty (wherever they have no clue of the frustration we go through. My advice GET MORE HELP SOME WAY SO 4 TECHNITIANS AND ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS AND BE HAPPY IN IT. CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO SUFFERS

Technician Duan H. Is great, he knew what part to order for our water heater. It came in a timely manner. He returned & got it up & running. Thank you Duan for a great job. On the other hand speaking to your AI is the worst. Samantha really got to me where I finally hung up on her. You need to put live agents to speak to because all they do is go round and round & you don't get anywhere. I rate your AI a zero. This is only the truth! I'm sure there are more people who would agree.
