Kenmore oven repair - 5/5
Dennis the service tech, was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. Very quick to diagnose the problem (weak igniter) and efficiently replaced the part. The website tech support was a valuable application to ensure invoicing and part orders were done without problems. Would recommend Sears service for appliance repair with 5 stars.

This is our 3 rd visit for Vincent to fix our ice cube maker. The time before this, someone (Jackson?) came to fix same, and did. For 2 weeks all went well until last Thursday 8/14 when I went to get ice from the freezer and when I opened the door, it was like an oven in there! I reported it so whomever showed up to fix things, they would know what to expect. Long story, short, Vincent said they would give me a new refrigerator. When and if that happens, I will be extremely glad!
