Disappointment with Sears Scheduling
After two scheduled appointments which were cancelled by Sears, not me, Steven came on the day appointment was scheduled again, did the repair within minutes. Was very efficient and knew his product. Was friendly as well.

Christopher, it's a great guy. My refrigerator seems to be the problem. Christopher is trying to fix it but he doesn't have a crystal ball to see exactly what's wrong so he's trying.

We have had numerous technicians inspecting and giving opinions regarding our washing machine and to no avail. Tony detected the problem with asking me one question regarding the issue. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Tony is the best!
