Dryer needed a belt. Mario had a belt on his truck but the recommend thicker belt required by my machine he did not have. He suggested I order the thicker belt based on my usage. Even though I had to wait an additional week for the repair I appreciated his professional opinion.

Ambrocio is an excellent technician who recently did repairs on our Kenmore clothes dryer which now once again operates as it should. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and clearly explained what caused our problem and what he did to fix it. It was a pleasure working with him.

Robert was not only technically proficient, his personal courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. I have always found repairmen to be competent; however their personal skills can vary. Robert's social and communication skills were at the top of the pack. I would definitely give Robert an A+ for outstanding customer service.

Leonard did a great job repairing my washer. He made an unexpected finding. My machine was delivered and installed in 2021. Evidently the installers switched the hot/cold hose hook ups. This probably accounted for the issues the washer had developed and was exhibiting. I now am very disappointed in the whole installation process done in 2021 after finding this out. If the hoses had been hooked up correctly in the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration dealing with the washer issues. I appreciate Leonard and the fact that he detected this and corrected.

Manny is a great Tech. He was knowledgeable and he cared about resolving my problems with my repair. He was the only good thing about my experience with Sears. There is no customer service, no way to talk to a live person.

Christopher showed up a scheduled - did a quick inspection of my "problem" only to determine there was a item or two that had fallen out of the back of the freezer causing the door to be off-balance - creating an air link. He could have simply gone with my assumption of a faulty seal and just cleaned out behind the door and installed a new (not needed) gasket.
