My problem is with Sears' protection plan; I have been giving the run-around for over a year and the issue is still not resolved. Sears' protection has already approved replacement of the appliance because the part to repair it is no longer in production. However, I never received the code of approval until it expired. I called back, but I was told that the defect which was approved is pre-existing therefore, no longer covered. I complained and Efrain was sent, but the lady at the other end still insists the unavailable part is pre-existing issue. I have been without a functioning refrigerator for over a year and Sears' protection has continued to collect premium. Can any of you tell me how i should feel about all these?

We have been struggling to get the dryer repaired for months now with each person coming by ordering parts needed and extending our repair even more. Thankfully this time they were finally able to get the thing running again and we can wash clothes in peace.

Rennie had all parts ready to replace the board for the digital clock in our stove. We couldn't tell if time was 12:26 or 12:28. And we used the timer it said Eno instead of End. Rennie returned stove to its normal position. Good information about warranty. Thanks, Rennie.

We had a different tech come to evaluate our washer that was leaking. He said we only needed a new drain pump. Ordered the parts & they were supposed to fix the following week… they ended up rescheduling for 2 weeks later! So now we've been without a washer for 2 weeks waiting for the repair (the parts were delivered in 3 days). Andry got right to work putting in the new drain pump. Then when testing he found a broken arm on the drum & a sensor needed replacing. I'm not sure why the first tech missed 2 more broken parts!! Andry kindly informed me The total for all the repairs would be about $900 — the cost of a brand new washer. He gave me a heads up that we could do the repair but more than likely our 20 yr old washer would need more repairs within months of these repairs. Grateful for such a kind, thoughtful, honest & professional tech!! Rare to have such good customer service these days! 10 stars ⭐️ Andry saved us at least $900!! Thank you

Having Matthew into my home to check my 1998 Kenmore dishwasher was a pleasure. He was so courteous and while the part i could have used is no longer available it is still able to run. He was professional, efficient with friendliness being the icing on the cake. Only good things to report.
