The solution to our problem took several days to complete, since our first appointment was cancelled on us with no explanation at 3:30 after we had waited since 8 am. Then after the 2nd appointment parts had to be ordered even though in an effort to save time, I attempted to indicate beforehand what the problem was but was unable to speak with a LIVE person. Once the problem was verified and the parts ordered and received , the solution to the issue was quick and the repairman was in and out in a matter of minutes. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Hi, we had a wonderful experience with Rudy, who came to our house to fix our dryer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ordered needed parts, and spent two days at our house. Cleaned up everything afterwards, and just was a pleasure to have at our house.
