I was very pleased with my technician. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. Diagnosed the problems , fixed one appliance and ordered a part for the other appliance. Very pleasant to work with.

Leroy was great and did his very best. One part needed for repair is no longer available but he fixed the agitator as well which was fine. My biggest issue is the part price was minimal but the labor was almost $300 which was a total ripoff as I watched him and it took no time to fix. I have used Sears for years even had a service contract at one time. I find the labor cost unfair and would request and a refund for part of this as it looks very bad for Sears and I will not forget so am asking for review of this cost and hope Sears will refund some portion of this robbery fee.
