The 5 stars is for the technician only. Bill was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional. However, I do think Sears can do a better job in communicating with customers regarding times and schedules without the consistent use of AI assistants. I tried for the last two days to communicate with an actual person at Sears and was told I couldn't speak to a human via text message. It's all AI! No real customer service, and for that I give that part of my experience a "2".
