Excellent Service , Very polite and professional… However Dress Code… awful Didnot represents Sears … prior technician was well groomed…. Uniforms recommended not street attire Shirt was blue ????? Overall my washer was repaired

Mark was very prompt, polite, and efficient. Thank you for sending a Sears technician. I wish I had thought to have him check our washing machine while he was here. Again, thank you for sending a Sears technician who are the only technicians who I want he our home. Sears have sent other than Sears Technicians who were extremely inefficient.
