The tech Thomas was great. But the overall repair process is very poor. Each service call that I have scheduled always gets reschedule multiple times, not by me, but by the tech either by over booking or or some unknown means. I have to continue to take a day off at work just to have the tech cancel and reschedule the service. There is no way to contact someone due to the A.I. generate customer service prompts. There has to be a way to reach someone (real person) direct, especially multiple cancellations. Then this should be a Sears direct call to the customer or schedule the missed service first.
