Scott called when he was on his way to our home. Explained the issue with the US regarding the appliance, ordered the replacement part, and returned to complete the job when he said he would.

Enrique was great! He was a very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable service technician. He did his diagnosis process and identified the possible issues then ordered the parts. Unfortunately, Amazon sent the incorrect 2nd part but Enrique still went about fixing the main issue. The new motor was running and hopefully will fix the main issue of not keeping the temperature in the freezer at a proper temp. Thank you Enrique for your quick help with this issue.
