Ian was a very good repair man. He was knowledgeable and knew immediately what was the problem. He made the oven repair efficiently and tested the oven to make sure the repair was successful.

Peter was excellent. My experience with customer service was HORRIBLE. My name is spelled wrong and the street name is wrong. No one arrived during the time window. I got no information and did not know if they might still show up. I could get no info. I was not able to reach a real person. I wasted a whole day. At 4:30 the appt was rescheduled to the next day. There is no consideration of your customer's time. All in all it was way to frustrating and it wasted my time. I will not be using Sears Home services in the future.
