Luther came in and went straight to work on my refrigerator, and worked hard to replace parts and to fix my appliance. Couldn't ask for anything more! Definitely a five star technician.

My original appointment was set for Monday and Allen was running late so we rescheduled for today. Today was another busy day and while he arrived late to today's appointment. He treated me with respect and care. He was very apologetic and took his time to explain the processes and the problems. In a world where customer service and kindness is dying, I truly appreciated Allen as he made me valued as a customer.

Brilliant service from Daniel. He very quickly assessed the situation and identified potential issues. Based on his 30 yr. tenure servicing appliances, he was able to identify the root cause of my leaky dishwasher (faulty/deteriorating spray arms). With Dan's guidance, I acquired the right parts and problem was solved in minutes. BRAVO!!
